Player Development Training

Looking to continue your athletic training this Summer? Come join us! Total Skills is offering a series of classes each week focusing on a variety of skills as well as agility and strength training. The Total Skills program is uniquely designed for athletes of all levels to improve the skills required to allow players achieve their goals through carefully designed training sessions. Flexible and convenient options from July 6th through August 16th – Choose only the training sessions that you would like to join and the ones that fit your schedule!

 

Agility and Strength Training: 

Co-ed training under the guidance of Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt Owens. Use the summer to increase speed and sport specific movements as well as improve your strength with the use of your own body weight and resistance bands/kettle bells. This is a great program for athletes 12-18 years old. 

  • Mondays 7-8PM 
  • Tuesdays Noon-1PM 
  • Thursdays 7-8PM 
  • Fridays Noon-1PM

 

Baseball – Hitting 

Hitting 1 – Work with our Total Skills staff in Small Groups to focus on your hitting mechanics as well as your approach at the plate. This will build your foundation to hitting as you progress through little league and travel baseball. Ages 7-12. 

  • Mondays 8-9PM 
  • Wednesdays 1-2PM 
  • Thursdays 8-9PM

Hitting 2 – Work with Total Skills staff in Small Groups to focus on your individual improvement on fundamentals and approach. Train like college players with the use of higher level drills to improve your exit velocity but emphasizing positive contact rate. Designed for Middle and High School players.

Baseball – Pitching 

Pitching 1 – Designed for the younger pitcher to develop proper throwing mechanics and grip for the ball. As well as learning the basics on the mound from the stretch to the wind up with emphasis on strike throwing. Ages 7-12 years old. 

  • Tuesdays 1-2PM 
  • Fridays 1-2PM

Pitching 2 – Designed for the older pitcher in need of throwing off a mound and building arm strength or for the pitcher in his summer season that needs arm care and mechanical work to maintain health and a high level of productivity. Designed for Middle and High School Players.

  • Fridays 1-2PM

 

Baseball – Catcher’s Camp 

Designed for the catcher that wants to improve receiving, blocking, framing and throwing! This is an underrated part of the game that can elevate you to a standout player! Ages 11-16. 

Wednesdays from 2-3PM

 

Purchase either 6, 12, or 24 sessions for the summer that can be used for any or all types of training classes (hitting, catching, pitching, agility & strength). Click below to register:
