Lendy Castillo comes to Total Skills with 13 years of professional baseball experience. Lendy started his professional career with the Philadelphia Phillies as a shortstop and was converted to pitcher. In 2012, he was a part of the opening day roster for the Cubs and made his Major League debut. Lendy then spent time with the Texas Rangers, Toronto Blue Jays, and Detroit Tigers organizations.
Lendy volunteered his time with Central Bucks West High School’s baseball team and has trained young baseball players from ages 8 to 18 years on all aspects of the game. Lendy is very knowledgeable about the game of baseball and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others. While at Total Skills, Castillo has been the 13U Head coach, provided private lessons, led team instruction, and currently runs small group training focused on pitching and hitting.
