Baseball Training

Come join us for Small Group Training in May (each class will run once per week for 4 weeks). The Total Skills program is uniquely designed for athletes of all levels to improve the skills required to allow players achieve their goals through carefully designed training sessions.


Explosive Hitting

  • Hitting 1: 8-12U – designed for the Little Leaguer to understand the basic fundamentals of hitting while improving their confidence. The group is capped at 8 players with 2 coaches.
  • Hitting 2: 13-17U -designed for the Middle and High School player that wants to improve their approach to hitting and receive training on pitch recognition in power counts. This will help improve your power numbers as well as reduce strikeouts!

Power Pitching

  • Pitching 1 – Designed for the Little Leaguer. This group will work in proper mechanics to help with arm care as well as learning proper grips and mechanics to be a successful pitcher!
  • Pitching 2 – Designed for Pitchers to develop velocity and secondary pitches while working on command of each pitch. Pitchers will also be taught how to combat the running game and take proper care of their arms.

Catchers Camp

  • Catching 1 – Designed for the Little Leaguer that wants to learn and grow with the proper fundamentals of catching. Players must provide their own gear.
  • Catching 2 – Designed for player interested in developing and strengthening  around the proper fundamentals of catching, including blocking, framing, throwing and calling a game! Players must provide their own gear and group.

Infield School

  • Players 9-17 years old looking to learn to improve glove work, footwork and the nuances of playing infield.
