Jeremy Beckett is the Director of Basketball and Co-Director of Sports Operations at Total Skills. In these roles, Jeremy oversees the basketball programs and sports operations with a passionate commitment to cultivating the skills and talents of the athletes. His educational foundation was laid at Delaware Valley University, which he proudly calls his Alma Mater.

During Jeremy's playing career, he achieved several remarkable milestones that have left a permanent mark on his basketball journey. In 2013, he earned the prestigious title of All American, a testament to his dedication and performance on the court. Jeremy was also honored to be named the MAC Freedom Conference Player of the Year and received the MAC Freedom Conference MVP award. Jeremy's team secured the MAC Freedom Championships not once, but twice, in 2011 and 2013. Furthermore, he left his mark in the record books, ranking fifth all-time in scoring with 1,484 points, third all-time in rebounds with 967, and first all-time in blocked shots with an impressive 261.

In the summer of 2024, Jeremy was inducted into the Delaware Valley University's Hall of Fame. His impressive achievements include being a 2013 DIII News All-American and earning spots on the D3Hoops First Team, MAC Freedom First Team, and ECAC First Team. He was named the 2013 conference tournament Most Valuable Player and still holds the DVU single-game block record (9) and career block record (216). During his senior year, Jeremy finished second in Division III with 18 double-doubles.

After transitioning from Jeremy's playing career to coaching, he continued to make a meaningful impact on the basketball community. He served as an Assistant Coach at Delaware Valley for four years, contributing to the success of the team and passing on his knowledge to the next generation of players. As a coach, he was part of a MAC Freedom Conference Championship and had the privilege of coaching players ranging from second graders taking their first steps in the game to professional overseas players seeking to refine their skills. However, what truly fills him with pride is witnessing the growth and success of Total Skills Basketball. It's a privilege for Jeremy to share his basketball journey with the young athletes in the program, and he is excited about the bright future that lies ahead for Total Skills Basketball.

Bob Spratt, serving as the Head Coach of Chestnut Hill College's baseball program since its establishment in 2008, has consistently led the Griffins to competitive prominence in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) and regional rankings. Under his guidance, the team has secured three CACC Championships in the past seven seasons and maintained a strong presence in the CACC Championship Tournament, with an impressive track record of 34 All-CACC performers and five Daktronics All-East Region selections. Notably, Bob played a pivotal role in the professional development of several players. In addition to professionally developing several players, Spratt won his 400th game in his career, last season!

In recent years, Bob's leadership has resulted in national recognition, with the Griffins consistently receiving votes in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) DII East Region Poll and ranking 10th in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) DII East Region Poll. In the 2019 season, the team achieved its ninth consecutive appearance in the CACC Championship Tournament, attaining notable achievements such as tying for second place in the CACC South Division and setting a program record for CACC wins in a single season. The team also produced standout performers, including Eric Gilham and Ameir Uzzell, who earned All-East Region First Team honors. With a remarkable coaching career spanning multiple institutions and a commitment to player development, Coach Spratt continues to make a lasting impact on the world of baseball. 

Pete O'Hara is the Director of Player Development at Total Skills, and his extensive background in playing and coaching brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Delaware Valley University (2012) and an MBA from the same institution (2014). Pete's playing career is highlighted by an impressive list of accolades, including being a 4-time MAC All-Conference player, a 2-time ABCA All-Region athlete, and ranking 2nd all-time in Delaware Valley University's history for Hits, Runs, and Stolen Bases, as well as 5th all-time for Doubles. His football career is equally remarkable, marked by his involvement in three MAC Championships, being named MAC Special Teams Player of the Year, and earning the title of National Football Foundation Philadelphia Collegiate Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

In the realm of coaching, Pete has made significant contributions to athlete development. He has served as an Assistant Coach at Arcadia University, taken on dual roles as an Assistant Baseball and Assistant Football Coach at Delaware Valley University, coached as an Assistant at St. Joseph's University, and held the position of Head Coach at Gwynedd Mercy University.

Pete's proudest achievements lie in his ability to help athletes realize their goals, much like the coaches who guided him throughout his own playing career. His commitment to mentorship and development is a central aspect of his role as the Director of Player Development at Total Skills. Pete's passion for sports, combined with his dedication to fostering the growth and success of our athletes, makes him an invaluable asset to our team. His work is an inspiration to all who have the privilege of working with him.

Thomas Spratt is our Associate Director of Baseball and Director of Baseball Teams at Total Skills. Thomas is an alumni of Chestnut Hill College.

Thomas's playing career is marked by remarkable achievements. In high school at Central Bucks West, he served as a 2-year Varsity Captain and a 3-year Varsity Baseball player, earning accolades like the 2nd Team All-League American Legion and the prestigious Mel Wright Award in 2017, showcasing his outstanding performance with a .398 batting average. In college, Thomas excelled in 2019 with a .391 conference batting average and .342 overall, along with a strong fielding record. He played a key role in his team's journey to the Final 4 and the Conference Championship in 2017, with playoff appearances in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Since 2021, Thomas has been a valuable addition to our coaching team, serving as the Head Coach at Doylestown American Legion and an Assistant Coach at CB East High School since 2022. His passion for baseball and commitment to developing young athletes is evident in his coaching journey, making Thomas a valuable asset to our Total Skills team.

Aden Tully is the Director of Sports Performance at Total Skills. He designs all the strength and conditioning programs and leads the sports performance classes for our athletes. Aden is extremely passionate about sports performance and has the pedigree to prove it. Over the past 5+ years, he has worked with close to 1,000 athletes in the Bucks County area, and through his training, has helped over 100 of them receive scholarships to play college sports. He has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University where he played Division II college baseball on a full-ride scholarship and started as a freshman. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a Certified Sports Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. But never mind the accolades, Aden eats, sleeps and breathes fitness. He has been working out nearly every day since middle school and has experimented with just about every training system in the books. He has accumulated well over 10,000 hours of training and firmly believes his real-life, hands-on experience has given him an insider’s perspective on how to train athletes. Aden uses a unique combination of different training styles to really fill in the gaps and help his athletes optimize their athletic performance and maximize their athletic potential!
